The team of experts in G DATA’s SecurityLabs feels honored to be nominated in this category. Now, you have the chance to show your support and vote for us. Der Wettbewerb der europäischen Security Blogs findet während der diesjährigen Infosecurity Europe in London statt. Es ist die dritte Auflage dieses Wettbewerbs und G DATA wurde zum ersten Mal nominiert. Wir haben die Chance zum "besten europäischen SecurityBlog einer Firma" ernannt zu werden. The European Security Blogger Awards take place during this year’s Infosecurity Europe in London. This is the third edition of the awards with G DATA being nominated for the first time. We have the chance to be regarded as the "Best European Corporate Security Blog"

We have started with our blog about five and a half years ago. Compared to G DATA’s 30-year tradition, this is a relatively young medium for us. We are working eagerly to provide interesting articles for tech-savvy readers and also the general public. Increasing awareness and informing the community about what is happening ‘out there’ is our main goal

There is no doubt about the fact that some articles, like the revelation of a supposed nation-state malware such as Uroburos, are a big milestone in a blog’s lifetime. Nevertheless, the daily routine with malware plays an important role in our communication. We will continue to present interesting malware cases and their relevance for users.
